Organizational Behavior Terminology and Concepts

The objective of this essay is to examine key concepts and terms that pertain to Organizational Behavior. In addition, the author will discuss the ways the organizational culture, organization behavior, diversity, and communication play a role in understanding how organizational behavior allows better work relations and can play a very important key in everyone's organization and personal experience (Schermerhorn, Hunt, and Osborn, 2008).

In the organization where currently employed directors and supervisors implement better management of people by means of, giving authorization to staff, communicate with staff and employee incentive. With the acknowledgement of these concepts of organizational behaviors directors and supervisors can aid with developing a respectable and diverse teams to complete daily tasks and objectives.

Through a balanced organizational background, communication will ensure corporation success and proficiency.

According to Schermerhorn, Hunt and Osborn organizational behavior is an examination of personnel and units within the organization. Organizational behavior can be described as the examination of the work environment, the types of techniques used to manage staff or departments. In an organization, one has to study workers actions and involvement to help progress and efficiency of personnel to support in accomplishing set targets.

A combination of diversity, reasoning, and relationship within the organization make up organizational behavior. Research shows spikes in performance and effectiveness in the organization with influence from the hire-ups. Certain influences can put a team on a strong path towards completing assignments and projects. With positive influencing, a team can influence a whole department, even the corporation.
