There are several factors that have a large impact on the business environment of every company and organization. Without these factors set into place employees may find themselves struggling to gain success for the business. Employers should have a good idea of each concept in order to put them into action and gain effectiveness from them. These six concepts are a key element to success within a business because they help to keep employees and employers educated and informed.
The first business concept is organizational behavior.

Organizational behavior has a large impact on how a company is operated by its employees. There are four different models in which organizational behavior can be derived from. The first is autocratic. The autocratic model is based off of managerial power. This means that the employees are completely dependent on their boss, (Clark, 1998). The second model is custodial. "The basis of this model is economic resources with a managerial orientation of money.
