•In order for companies to have a better understanding of their specific organizational behavior current organizational issues and trends must be addressed to determine their impact.

•The purpose of this presentation is to address current universal organizational issues and trends by addressing: perceptions of organizational power and politics, strategies for managing stress, business and ethical considerations of operating organizations on a global scale, and to assess the evolutionary trends in organizational behavior how they might impact organizations.
