Introduction

Organizing is part of the four functions of the management. It includes the financial, human, informational, physical, and other resources. In each company, it will have a goal to achieve, in order for us to achieve our goal in our company, organizing is necessary. "Organizing activities include attracting people to the organization, specifying job responsibilities, grouping jobs into work units, marshaling and allocating resources, and creating conditions so that people and things work together to achieve maximum success." Beside those principles, organizing is also relative to the physical assets; human resources; knowledge; etc...

Organizing relates to the physical assets

In a company, it will have a lot of the assets, physical assets is one of the kind. It includes stores; office supplies; tool; and its inventory; etc... For the management of the organization, how to use the company's physical assets moderately is very important. Because the management if uses those physical assets infelicitous, it might cause the company losing money or earning less profit.

For example, when the management looks for the new locations to develop its organization, the management doesn't check out couple different locations and compare those rent and the neighbor, it might cause the company to face a lot of competition and lose money. For instance, there is a store for rent in the middle of the downtown area; it causes 5000 dollars for lease, and also there are couples of the wireless stores already opened there and next to it. And there is another store for lease which just two blocks down from that one and it is only 4000 dollars for lease, and none of the wireless stores are there. If the management doesn't check them out and compare them, and just go toward to the 5000 dollars one directly, then this action will...
