Prior to becoming a University of Phoenix online student my personal and professional life was just a hectic day to day existence. My home life consisted of taking care of my disabled sister, my dad, and working with my son to ensure that he had my support in his endeavors to become the young man he is today. Work was at a point where I was going in, doing my job, and going home. I felt very stagnant in both my personal and professional life.
I had wanted to continue my education but allowed my three greatest enemies to put a hold on my dreams.
My three greatest enemies were me, myself, and I. Me was always telling myself that I did not have the time to worry about my future at this time. I felt the need to concentrate on getting my sister and dad on their roads to recovery and to be here for my son whom was having difficulties in his young life. My life needed to be on hold until I could help my family with theirs. Just go to work and whenever I was not working I was at my family's beck and call.
