Physical fitness is something that is desired by all humans because humans want to live a healthy life. But people sometimes overlook the condition of her body with idleness or for reasons they can't or do not like to exercise it. All that has been written above, due to our laziness and often we do not intent to do activities that make our bodies healthier and less susceptible to disease.
In olden days, physical fitness is the capacity to carry out daily activities without undue fatigue.
