The biggest problem or challenge faced by Sears is transforming the big ideas from corporate headquarters to the people who carry them out at each store. My specific job position is to oversee the store's accounts, and manage the overall day- to- day cash flow. In my department we must always be quick, but accurate and
have the ability to multitask. Everyone must follow specific operational plans that include policies, procedures, methods, and rules that the company has institutionalized.

Retailers with this technology act more accurately and quickly and their cost are down, and their employee morale is up.
