The assignment is related to team project of our group focused on strategic management applied in the company Xxx- publisher of newspapers. The company is analyzed in detail on all levels-corporate, SBU (strategic business units) and functional. This analysis is performed on 26 specific tasks. Our group consists of 28 students. This very demanding and complex work was therefore to be organized on the project bases. This work is oriented not on the strategic management in the company Xxx but on the project behind it. We would like to describe here how was our work organized and what was the methodology we have used.
1.1 Assignment Goals
As we have already mentioned the goals are not oriented on any analysis or strategy proposals in the company Xxx but on the process which should lead to successful strategic management analysis and proposals in this company. Our ultimate goal is therefore the success of the whole group.
We shall however be more specific in sub goals and by defining them to be able to use the proper methodology.

Our task was not evaluation of the quality of individual assignments of group members. Also our task was not orthodox unconditional "pushy" approach to group members for successful task completion; our task was oriented more for creating good environment where those who can will be able to complete their work.
