Introduction

A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to accomplish a unique purpose. Major characteristics of a project are established objectives, defined life span with a beginning and end, Across-organizational participation, new or unique, specific time, cost and performance requirements. Each and every project has Constraints like Scope, Time, and Cost. Each and every project has starting and ending time, cost and other management function involved in project to make successful or failure. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. This all over report describing about one successful project and one failure project. It is also describe my own role and team dynamics during the project.

Summary of Projects

Successful Project:

The general definition of successful project is that when its all objectives are achieved. Successful project that mean project manager finish their task during specific time as well limited cost.

We can say that project can be successful when all other factors are achieved like Client satisfaction as a client point of view as well as development point of view for developer. As a project manager point of view every one defines a success of project with different mean. As a customer point of view when customer is happy with that project then we can also call that successful project.

Failure Project:

The general definition of Failure project is that when its objectives are not achieved and also we can say that project can be failure when client are not satisfied with that project. Failure project mean project is not completed during the specific time as well as lack of money. Project might be failure because of not properly well planned. We can also say that project is failure because of management function is not implement very well...
