Euthanasia: Mercy or Murder?

Refection mainly determines as the image of oneself looking in a mirror that also implies of being aware of actions what one is doing. Because of this meaning this word is commonly used and also still not understood. Refection mainly involves describing, analysing and evaluating ones thoughts, assumptions, beliefs, theories and actions. A reflective practice is widely used as this helps to improve the clinical reasoning and analytical and evaluative abilities in students.

Refection or reflective practice is not a recent theory, it's been framed 25 years ago, that it mainly features on the individual and his or her experiences, from which it helps in forming new ideas or conceptual frame work or understanding it in different forms. They also mentioned about the process of learning from experiences and also involvement of oneself to define reflective practice."Refection

is a forum of response of the learner to experience" (Boud et al. 1985, Page 18)

Refection is undoubtedly a complex concept that has defined one's own perception of knowing his actions, values and beliefs. The reflective practioner should be convinced by himself while doing a clinical practice, or taking a decision by keeping in account of his reflective thoughts.

"Reflection is a process of reviewing an experience of practice in order to describe, analyse, evaluate and so inform learning about practice" (Reid, 1993 p.305)

According to Jarvis the reflection is the basis for learning from the experiences that can improve the potential of learning and helps in growth of the particular field.
