Rwanda "" Nightlife Rwanda is full of glamour at nighttime. Many people come out of the middle of no where, just to party there. The city is controlled by a electronic force, that during the day makes the land look a tribal setting with tribes hunting, and fishing and huts made of grass. But at night it is the complete opposite. The electronic force is set up on the sun and the moon. Once the sun goes down and the moon comes up, the force sets off and changes all the grass huts to dance clubs, complete with dancers and people to party with, Although the Rwandan people have not grown accustom to this change yet, even though it has been around since the early 1800's, they are working on it. It was reported that just merely 5 years ago the Rwandans discovered how to dance. They are used to the beats of just drums and tribal chants to dance to, but when they heard the rhythms of American bands and groups such as Korn, and Nelly, they went nuts, now during the daytime when it is just the boring old life for them, they make sure to practice all of their dance moves just for the later parties that they will attend.

Don't be surprised, Rwandans are currently rated #1 parties, and have held on to that title for almost 5 years now, ever since they learned how to shake their butts.
