Soccer is a sport that is played all over the world, and is one of the most difficult sports for someone to learn. For soccer, one has to be dedicated, hard worker, and a person that is willing to do anything for the sport. For example to play soccer a person needs to have dedication, that means the person will be willing to practice everyday to get better not only for him self but if he is in a team he will do it for a team also. Diet is very important to soccer players. According to Soccer-Fans-Info, to play professional soccer, "every small 
detail that could improve your performance should be taken into consideration. Nutrition, as a whole, is not a small detail in soccer, actually it's extremely important to a player, but in turn, it's made up of several smaller parts that will require your attention: macronutrients, micronutrients, diets and hydration."

Macronutrients are an important part of ones diet when one is trying to become a professional soccer player. Macronutrients are broken down into four groups of chemical elements, these are: minerals, proteins (amino acids), Carbohydrates and fats. Each of these four groups play a big part in a soccer players carrier. Minerals or also called macrominerals, their part of the work is to transport oxygen to cells around the body, strengthen and help function of the skeleton, nerve conjunction making of proteins and keep body temperature. Proteins are described as "strings of amino acids, which act like small workers in the factory that is each and every one of your cells."
