This paper will discusses David Berkowitz who murderous terror gripped New York City from 1976 to 1977. David Berkowitz, known as the Son of Sam, was finally arrested, tried and convicted for the series of gun-attacks that left six people dead; seven wounded and put an entire city in fear.
