AbstractBy issuing service request SR-rm-004, Riordan Manufacturing demonstrates their desire to develop a comprehensive view of their existing Human Resources Information System. This project is tasked with developing a strategy for fulfilling Riordan Manufacturing's service request, to include an in-depth evaluation of its current Human Resource department, identifying gaps that may be bridged with either upgrades or the introduction of new systems to improve management effectiveness and efficiency. The results, interpretations and implications of this evaluation, along with recommendations will be detailed in this report.
