Strategic Plan, Part II: SWOTT Analysis

To be a successful company, originality is a key factor. Be Safe, Catch a Ride Service, Inc.'s purpose is to provide comfortable, reliable transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The purpose of this paper is create a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and trends (SWOTT) analysis for Be Safe, Catch a Ride Service, Inc. and see what the company can do to continue growing and being successful.

The strengths of a SWOTT analysis reveal the capabilities of the business. The first strength for Be Safe, Catch a Ride Service, Inc. is the fact that they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Not all car services are open all day, every day, year round, so providing a safer option to get home after a long evening on the town or for a ride to the airport during the day, being available at anytime is a positive for the company.

Another strength is the safety of the vehicles for the customers. Because there is GPS trackers on each vehicle, there is more piece of mind for each passenger that no matter the vehicle can always be located in case of an emergency.

The only major weakness for the company is the commitment of the employees to the customers and the business. Even though there is only one major weakness, it seems to be one that can really affect the company if it is not addressed.
