After self realizing as a team we need to follow these factors of team development:•First of all we need to improve relationship between the members of people inteam. It is very important to be in a good relationship with team members. "Conflict in any endeavor that requires the input of two or more people is a real possibility", says Jeanne Gulbranson. The fact is that conflict is not suppressed. Team members are enabled to express negative feelings, thought and discords within the team. Dealing with a conflict between the team members is a way how to improve team performance.
