1. The stakeholders In this case the different stakeholders would be the pilots and the cabin crew of these two airplanes that hit. Also the pilots and the cabin crew and the passengers of other airplanes that were on the airport waiting their turn to departure can be considered as stakeholders. Naturally all the passengers of those two airplanes and their relatives are stakeholders. The two airlines KLM and Pan Am and their personnel and directors and also the customers are also stakeholders in this case. The accident happened in Tenerife's airport so all the personnel in the airport; especially the personnel in the tower, in the maintenance and in the engineering and the people who take care of the safety and the planning of the airport are stakeholders. Also the owners of the airport, which is the government, are the stakeholders. When we think about the actual accident the paramedics and the firefighters are also stakeholders. In fact a lot of people where involved and so stakeholders.

1. The causes of the disaster The disaster happened because of many factors. If some of these factors would have not existed the accident might not have happen. So the reason why these two airplanes were in the Tenerife's airport was, that in the airport where these two airplanes were meant to land was a warning about terrorism. So that threat was one thing that affected to the disaster. The main causes of the disaster were poor and bad communication between the pilots of both airplanes and the tower combined with the bad weather situation.
