Three major needs of the human psyche with relationship to God.
We as humanity have three major needs the first being Salvation for our sins. The second major need that we have is to be delivered from the sinful world in which we inhabit. The third thing is deliverance from the judgmental hand of God at his throne when we die.
The first and most important of these is Salvation from our sins. Our sins, being the good things we should have done or the bad things that we have done. For as it says in Romans 3:10-12 "There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless' there is no one who does good, not even one." No one is perfect except for our Savior Jesus Christ. Without this deliverance we cannot hope to reconcile with God or to spend eternity with him. Jesus came and died to set us free and as such was a pleasing sacrifice to God the father.
The second thing that we need to be delivered from is the sinfulness of the world around us. We need to be obviously for Jesus on earth so that we might live with him in heaven. It's a biblical fact: most people will choose the wide road, which leads to destruction. They either won't believe for whatever reason or their beliefs will be violently opposed to ours as with many Arab nations. Whichever they choose they will oppose us in our walk constantly through things...

Im not interested in religion at all, and I almost didn't bother reading it once I saw the full title, but it was actually pretty good, it had a clear structure and provided a solid argument.
