The Time Machine

"The Time Machine" by H. G. Wells is a very interesting novel. This novel tells us a lot about the time it was written. This novel is about adventures of a brave time traveler.

Time Traveler, was on the meeting with a Medical Man, a Psychologist, a Provincial Mayor, a Journalist, and the Editor. They have talked about a time traveling. He realized that he is not the only person, who believes that time traveling is possible. He was very happy to hear that they understood him. He showed them his model of a time machine. When they turned it on, everything worked. After they pulled the levers, machine disappeared. Obviously it went to the future, because they have never seen it in the past. After this experiment he was kind of afraid of time traveling, because they had no idea of what happened to the time machine.

The next day he was working on the time machine the whole day. He found out that one of the nickel bars was exactly one inch too short, and this he had to get remade, so that the thing was not complete until the evening. It was ten o'clock that day that the first of all Time Machines began its career. He gave it a last tap, tied all the screws again, put one more drop of oil on the quarts rod, and machine was ready. He was really proud of himself, he wanted to travel and he wanted to tell his friends about it, but most of all, he wanted to sleep.

He woke up, and the whole morning he was thinking about his new invention. Then he finally decided to use it.
