Dear Editor, I would like to address the recent problem of the fish kill that has plagued or town. I think that this problem was caused by the releasing of massive amounts of water from the riverwood dam. This problem was amplified by the aging design of the dam that caused the massive air mixture in the water. I think that this release was nescessary for the avoidance of a flood and that blame should not be assigned to the operators of the dam. If they would have tried to avoid a fish kill they would have caused a citywide flood that would cause far more economic damage than a few dead fish.

I think that now the taxpayers should ok a bill to fund a dam renovation program to fix the dam so that this will not happen again.

It may cost a lot in the short term but will save money in the log run! Sincerely,Dear Editor, I would like to address the recent problem of the fish kill that has plagued or town.
