For this assignment I have been asked to analyse a tour operator's brochure. I have chosen 'Cruise& Stay Hawaii' brochure by Thomas Cook. The cruise is offered with NCL America cruise ships. Thomas Cook began their international travel company in 1841 it steadily grew, by adding more destinations and holidays and today is the second largest European travel group.

In this assignment the brochure will be analysed on fulfilling to the requirements of the EC Package Travel Regulations, how the components of the brochure design are, how the tour operator brochures provide information, why the brochure a legal document contractual between the tour operator and customer is and why accuracy is an important legal requirement for brochure information.
