Bournemouth Techno Tower is a world-wide are essentially tall structures housing a mix of office, retail, leisure and tourism developments with no particular integrating theme or distinctiveness, the Bournemouth Techno Tower (BTT) concept is uniquely underpinned in that all aspects of the building and the activities it houses have a basis in leading edge technologies.

In this report, I am going to analyze and evaluate a proposed new development that take place either on the seafront or closer to the town centre. Firstly, I am going to prepare a cost-benefit analysis which has been divided into three parts, economic, social and Environmental factor. Secondly, the foundation of this report is Policy context analysis. Finally, critically analyses the 'fit' between the land use planning and strategic planning frameworks for Bournemouth, and the Techno Tower impacts.

Now I will investigate how the cost benefit works and provide all the evidences I had which from my research to prove my report.
