Some people think that we should not build these child care facilities because they believe it just wastes our tax money. But others think that we should build these facilities for both female prisoners and their children. I agree that tax money should be used for building the facilities in the prisons for those prisoners and their children. To spend tax money for building these facilities is not only gives those children and their mothers a good environment, but also helps all of us to have safer society in our future.
