1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Purpose
In this paper, it is aimed to examine business processes and factors that effect th eway of businesses both theoreticaly and from the real cases of a specific firm suitable for those analysis.
Business life becomin more hard to compete every day. Analyzing a successful company will help to understand the hints of success in real business life. Thus, a realistic case analysis about a reputable firm Vestel Computer in a challenging industry of computer systems manufacturing. In summary, the main aim in this paper is bring theoretical information to realistic ans sensible knowledge by those analysis.
1.2. Methodology
This paper starts with literature review of the subject in order to give brief information about studies made so far in this area. It is beneficial to have basic knowledge about the issue and build the information on this basis.
