How is Microsoft so successful? The answer is simple, due to a motivated fork force. Microsoft is successful because of their workplace environment, empowerment of employee ideas, and their employee benefits. A motivated work force causes a team of motivated people to work towards accomplishing their goals. In order to achieve the company's goals, Microsoft hires not only experienced people but also young and talented graduates who the company believes will contribute by bringing in fresh innovation and ideas for the up coming generation. One of the company's major objectives are to generate new products that would intrigue the future minds. After hiring the employees, Microsoft makes sure that these employees are always focused and are giving their full potential in research, and production in top-of-the-line- products. Along with work, the employees at Microsoft have fun. This essay will discuss different techniques that Microsoft uses to maintain its number one status in the competitive computer industry.

Firstly, Microsoft creates friendly and spacious work environment to motivate its employees. A good work environment is essential in bringing motivation to the employees. Microsoft provides several facilities to its employees so they can work at their full potential without any burden. Almost all employees working at Microsoft have their own offices with common office supplies and furniture. Many employees sleep or even spend nights in their offices. Office supplies are provided on each floor and is free to use. Extra supplies and special equipment recommended by an employee is delivered within twenty-four hour's after request. Any technical problem can be reported to the help desk and within an hour or two a knowledgeable computer technician will have fixed your problem.
