In my assessment I chose to do the colon cancer assessment, colon cancer is cancer of the large intestine. Some lifestyle choices you can make would be to start eating more veggies, your risk of colon cancer and several other cancers can go down significantly if you eat 3 or more servings of vegetables a day. Ideally, try to eat as many as 5 servings a day. It's one of the best things you can do for your health.

Eating vegetables can also lower your risk of heart attack and stroke. Another choice you can make would be to eat more fruits, your risk of several cancers, possibly including colon cancer, can be reduced if you eat 3 or more servings of fruit a day. Some other lifestyle choices you can make would be to eat less red meat, to lower your risk of developing colon cancer, try substituting other kinds of protein for red meat. Instead of a hamburger, try a turkey burger or veggie burger.
