As catering managers we have offer to our customers, different kind of healthy food. Also we should offer both meat and vegetarian main courses in order to satisfy different clients' nutrition preferences. Our menu has to include a several groups of food.
The firs one is the group of vegetables and fruits. This group is full of vitamins and minerals, without at least 400mg per day the body could not digest successfully and easily, most fruits and vegetables are usually low in calories.
