Q: I paid using PayPal and I STILL don't have full access! What is wrong?

A:

It is possible that your payment may not have gone through.

To find out if your payment went through or not, complete the following steps:

1. Login to your PayPal account (click here for more information)
2. Find the payment you made to CheatHouse (look for Valvant LLC)
3. See the status for the transaction

Should your payment status say cleared, uncleared or completed, please contact support through the link below to have the situation resolved.
