Q: How do you calculate the number of pages an essay has in the search results?

A:

Based on traditional publisher word count requirements, the generally accepted standard for the amount of words per page on any document is said to be 250, based on an average of 25 lines per page. This originates from earlier times in which typewriters were used and Courier was the only available font. Today, even with the accepted use of Times New Roman among other easily readable fonts, this remains the accepted standard.

Not all academic institutions have the same words per page, so always check the number of words in the essay. This is the most accurate measure of the size of the essay.
