Q: I don’t have a PayPal account – what do I do?


If you were redirected to while you were paying, it means you paid with PayPal. In this case Paypal created an account for you.

In order to:
• cancel the subscription
• verify the status of a payment, or
• re-subscribe

it is necessary to login into PayPal using the login you created when you signed up.

Should you have any problems remembering the login information that you used for PayPal, you'll need to contact them by either going to and requesting your login information, or by calling them at (888) 221-1161.
