The summary, as I know it should be a summarization of the essay. I should not ask the reader questions. There is a lot of information in the essay and there should be no questions.

Good essay. The paper opens with an idea, supports the idea and summarizes properly. Grammar is proper and punctuation looks good.

This paper has is written well and the idea has been supported. However, there are no references. Huge problem for those that are writing in APA or MLA format.

Ok, for starters this essay contains an excessive amount of references and for good reason. Is remsembles a collage of 20 healthcare management textbooks. Oh, and Demming is a Doctor. Hence, your paper should identify him as Dr. Demming.

I think you make a good point but your reasons for wanting to be a memeber are shrouded by external influences. What do you plan to achieve as a member of the honor society to better these situations?
