I don't agree with you that you have to have physical and logical evidence to BELIEVE in something. I also think you went a little too far when you say, "Others, however, believe that He exists in money and say that if people donate money the "Good Lord" will heal you and love you, but you have to donate some money first before he can do anything" because in all my years of attending church, I've never ever heard anyone say that before. Althought I disagree with you on a lot of what you're say, I give you credit for putting your thoughts out there on such a sensitive subject.

I think you should have listed the ethical or religious reasons against the death penalty. You should have also compared the cost of the death penalty to the cost of a person sentenced to prison for life and where these dollars are coming out of which I believe is our tax money. Great essay but adding these in would have made it a little bit more better.

I'm on the opposite side. I don't think the education we get in high school these days is too lenient. I remember back in 7th grade when my math teacher was trying to explain to our class that the government is always adding more into the cirriculum so that a few years from now 7th graders will know what high school students will know, and high school students will be learning what college students learn and so on. I think that is true because if you think about it, parents can't even help us with highschool homework these days because in their time they didn't have to learn all the things we did. I really don't think teachers are too lenient, and if anything, they push too hard or too much.

Somewhere in the first paragraph, I think you should have explained what a national health insurance plan is and how it differs from the way the U.S. deals with health insurance because I was kind of lost there for a moment. Over all, it was a good essay
