While reading the essay, i felt that I had been watching a comic series on Television. But as you have mentioned that the experience is real, i would like to point out that the bigger an organization grows, there would definitely be a dent on the quality of goods/services offered.however this is good effort.

  • Repeated sentences

The essay describes about the loneliness of Holden in the novel 'The Catcher' by Rye by J.D. Salinger. However as one reads on further, it gets repeated. The fact that Holden has an idealistic love for Jane, that he lonely, Jane is a perfect girl etc. With this oft repeated sentences it gets quite boring to read through.

  • Too short

This essay though stresses the existence of god, is too short. Could be elaborated and substantiated more with suitable examples to make it worth reading

  • Excellent

This is a comprehensive analysis of citigroup. However I have noted that the tables presented by the author deciphered as they were not aligned. This is one of the severe draw back as none of us can benefit from the figures presented by the author. Hope cheathouse does something about it.One more thing the author used Strategy-selection technique - SPACE Matrix which is very innovative and excellent. However again the same alignment problem occurs as we are not able to read it properlyAnyways good effort by the author, Cheers!

The term, culture shock, was introduced for the first time in 1958 to describe the anxiety produced when a person moves to a completely new environment. This term expresses the lack of direction, the feeling of not knowing what to do or how to do things in a new environment, and not knowing what is appropriate or inappropriate. The feeling of culture shock generally sets in after the first few weeks of coming to a new placeThe article is well written explaining the cultural shocks that the author faced giving suitable examples. But today it is much easier to cope with such shocks as several universities offer counselling to international students to overcome it.The symptoms of cultural shock can appear at different times. Although, one can experience real pain from culture shock; the positive aspect is that it gives an opportunity for redefining one's life objectives. It is a great opportunity for leaning and acquiring new perspectives. Culture shock can make one develop a better understanding of oneself and stimulate personal creativity.

  • Well written

The essay is well written giving suitable examples. It rightly points out that the leaders of nations have unlimited power to decide the destinies of millions of people. The recent US attack on Iraq and Afghanistan is another example where Bush had the power to decide the destiny of Iraqis and Afghans.
