Very sketchy
A brief reading of The Prince itself would be more instructive than this essay. An attempt has been made to place the work in its context, but it only does this in avery cursory fashion. My Penguin 'Prince' has an excellent introduction - I would recommend reading that rather than this essay.- 29/04/2002
