I completely agree, if a supervisor or manager fails to delegate and outsource the workload there will be a definite limit to how successful that business or organization can be. A successful business needs to properly delegate tasks through out the workforce.

For such a heavy issue, your essay fails to cover the essential details necessary to address this matter. You have strong points in your essay but no fine points to describe why the kids are the way they are. If you are going to blame gangs and video games you should explain how these factors influence our youth.

As much as a good point you may hold in your essay I truly feel the legalization of this wonderful substance will never come. There are too many hypocrytical people out there and considering the very negative image that the reefer holds, it would truly have to cure a disease not just put someone at ease about dying.
