In regards to......"Long before the birth of Christ, the land directly above what we know as Greece today, was called Macedonia. Macedonia still exists, but it is now Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and modern Greece."Macedonia exists as an independent state, it is known as Republic of Macedonia. Furthermore, ethnic Macedonia was partitioned amongst the above countries in 1912. Yugoslavia does not exist anymore however Serbia (that time part of Yugoslavia), was one of the countries involved in the partition of Macedonia.Hope it helps :)
