I have experienced pressure to give students this kind of treatment from my superiors. They want to show the students how effective their program is. However, all that's changed in the student is the numbers on his card but not in his ability. Pretty soon, it would make the students think that they don't need any effort at all to improve themselves.- 21/12/2007
