The essays information is not bad and the work cited is perfect, however the essay needs a face lift. It is written at times a bit juvenile, the author uses personal pronouns such as "I" which should not be in a essay the author also say things as "we all know" which as well should not be in a essay.

Merton's strain theory is not so reliable to be paired with shoplifting as the writer clearly pointed out it does not explain for higher class and it is important to understand why they would shoplift as well. The paper was also riddled with bad information which made the essay hard to follow.

Your topic was very interesting I see you really tackled the some major problems in the court systems, but lets remember some witnesses are reliable and have contributed major assistance to the Criminal Justice System. Now the problem is figuring out which ones are reliable and which ones are not.
