It is a good summary but like cheater987 said it doesn't have enough of what you think. But since this is a book report though and not an essay I will say that you have all the aspects of a book report.

Like sadiemac_2004 I don't really know anything about e*trade but it seems like your've cover all of the aspects of international trade. It was very well written and very informational.

You may want to check this out. In your second paragraph lines 14 and 15. It says "...depending on the specific vehicle design (National Highway Transportation Safety Administration 1). Threshold level will be higher." Did you mean for the second sentence to be a part of the first. It just seems like it should all be one sentence. I may be wrong but either way your essay is AWESOME!
