    I disagree with what you paper says. Cell phones have become a needed material. Yes, it is true that we got by without them for such a long time, but the times have changed. Especially when most the vioence that a teeneger sees is at one\'s own school. Any teen driving anywhere should carry a phone for obvious reasons.
