You basically said the same thing over and over again in different ways. I think what you were really tring to say was corporate management has moved from systems of autocratic leadership to participative and even servant in some models. There is no shift from management to leadership, only shifts in models of leadership and principles and values which instill greater productivity and realization of assets. Ever since Deming and Juran took the trip to Japan which shook the corporate world, notions of leadership, quality, and empowerment have played a vital role in US industy. The shift from "autocratic to partipative leadership took place whith the development of quality circles and systems of statistical quality assurance.
