Women have the full right to their body; however, the baby developing inside a woman doesn't have any say. Imagine being in your mother's womb begging her for mercy. Abortion has been a tremendous controversial argument as a form of murder for many years. Many bypass this statement because it's the easy way out. A baby has a heartbeat after eighteen days. If that's not murder, then what is? A fetus can feel pain up to ten weeks of the pregnancy. To draw a line in the sand and say this is when a person becomes a person is arbitrary. Abortion should not be used as birth control.

There are many lives that are destroyed everyday; however so are the women. Dr. Elizabeth Sharigan testified that, "abortion increases the rates of breast cancer, pre term births, and suicide." Suicide is very common for women who had abortions. Suicide usually comes in to place when counseling or other factors they turned to did not help.

Over ninety percent who had the abortion has said they were not given enough information to make an informed choice. While eight three percent claim they were strongly pressured by friends, family, and boyfriend. Regardless, emotions are temporary, abortions are permanent. Anyone who can say abortion is not murder is not realistic on the procedure. Unfortunately, a teen who is not prepared financially, emotionally, or physically do not rationally think before taking on that decision. So their train of thought is, "it's easier to kill you than say goodbye." During an abortion the baby doesn't have a peaceful death. For example, the whole procedure is based off this, the doctor must first inject you with medicine to make you sleep and not feel anything. Then the mother's abdomen and uterus are surgically opened.
