Being an American citizen means being free to anything you want to be. American citizens have freedom of religion, freedom of speech, we have freedom! We also have the Bill of Rights, which includes the 10 amendments. One of the amendments is Amendment 3, which says; no soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. In many other countries, soldiers can be quartered in your house without your consent.
We have the strongest military. Americans are not obligated to fight for their country, but they choose to. They put their life on the line to fight for their country. That shows that we have a proud nation.

September 11, 2001 attacks in New York City: View ...About four planes were hijacked by terrorist and crashed into different areas of the United States. Innocent people were killed or injured. The attack affected many people's lives. Thousands of people went to work that morning and did not come home that night.
The economy has dropped, along with many other things as an affect of the attack. The country has become stricter. In airports, it may take hours to get on the plane. They have become stricter with baggage checks. People are no longer able to park in front of the airport. It has become a hassle for many travelers. The border and military bases also have become stricter.
I believe the United States has become racist against the Muslim religion. Since the attack on September 11, most may feel a little different towards Muslims. Some believe that most of the Muslims agree and support...
