Animal Experimentation/Vivisection There are many scientific labs in the world that have animals in cages. These animals are not pets, they're underfed, sleep deprived, burned, chemically injected, amputated, tortured half-dead animals. Vivisection (as animal experimentation is sometimes called) is extremely popular among scientists. They think that it's the only way to advance in the medical field, but they don't actually realize what they're doing. Though they know they're putting live puppies on grills to test burn experiments, is it possible that they really understand what they're doing? Animal experimentation falls into many horrible categories, all of which are inhumane. Animal experimentation is not only unnecessary it violates the rights of animals in a very cruel way.

One of the categories that vivisection falls under is cruelty. Animal experimentation is undoubtedly cruel. What's actually happening is completely unethical. It's not just what they do, but what the animals have to go through.

Not just a quick instance of pain, but day's, even weeks of suffering. If a person were to be tortured, it would be totally illegal. Why is it that scientists have the right to torture a creature just because it's weaker then we humans are, why do it? The real reason is because it's "just an animal." "Just an animal", a phrase that is just as disturbing as it gets. They think that just because there is an abundance of animals that they can experiment on them. Well there are over 6 billion people in the world, and torturing one is considered a big crime. The statement that animal cruelty should be stopped is not just an opinion it's a law.
