The Article 9. says:"Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes."The aim of this report is to analyze the Japanese nowadays situation and then to decide what should Japanese government, Japanese people do with article number 9. which is included in current Japanese Constitution. Considering the Japanese history this is a very important topic and this kind of decision require a very deep and serious research that should be reasonably supported by facts and numbers. To do my judgment well, I decided to base on Japan history starting from XX century and focus on II World War .

HISTORYWithin a period before II World War in Japan woke up tendencies imperialist and collation. This was due limitations, which the treaty Washington put on Japan.

In 1931 Japan conquered Manchuria and one formed on her territory the small state Manchukuo. In thirties began to go from strength to strength formations of nationalists, aiming abolishable of the democracy and the introduction of the stratocracy. Many times it arrived at manslaughters about the political character. On 26 February 1936 there was an unsuccessful attempt of the military revolution.

In 1937 began the eight-year war with China as result of which Japan gained the inspection over the considerable area of the Chinese state territory. The occupation of these grounds was joint with the terror in the face of Chinese population. After the fall of France in June the year 1940 and the creation of the collaborationist government Vichy, her possessions in French Indo-China past into the possession of Japan.
