Field Trip Barcelona, December 2009IntroductionThe description of the field trip in Barcelona is structured mainly three parts: first theBasic Information about Barcelona, which presents the geographical conditions, the urbanstructure and the history of Barcelona. This part is found on literature. The second part iscontemplating the visited districts which are forming the urban structure of Barcelona; thispart is divided in the description of the core city, the area outside of Eixample and the formerindustrial land. Besides there is a short part about the transport system of Barcelona and ashort resume of the visited exhibition about Cerdàs Urban Plan for Barcelona. This part isbased on the presentations of the students and literature. The third and last part is theconclusion about the field trip and about the paper, things I have heard in the presentationsof the fellow students, which I have read and which I have heard during the trip.
