Low Cost Share Dealing Service Hoare Govett Limited operates a Low Cost Share Dealing Service in the ordinary shares of Cadbury Schweppes which enables investors to buy or sell certificated shareholdings in a simple, economic manner.

Australian Register On 29 September 2000 Cadbury Schweppes ordinary shares, which had been traded on the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX"), were delisted, removed from the official list and all details on the Australian Register were transferred to the UK Register held by Lloyds TSB Registrars.

The ASX moved to electronic trading from a paper based system in October 1999. Upon consideration of these requirements, the Company had concerns about compatibility with English company law and UK stamp duty implications. These concerns, combined with certain commercial issues, led the Company to decide not to use the electronic trading system and therefore to end its listing on the ASX.

Lloyds TSB Registrars has issued a new certificate, with a new shareholder account number, to all shareholders who were transferred from the Australian Register. The previous certificates, issued on the Australian Register, are no longer
