The Business Education (BE) Company, request a proposal on behalf of "Information Technology" group for Internet services both hardware and software in accordance with the requirements set herein.

DESCRIPTION of PROJECT:BE Information Technology wants to issue a request to lease or purchase an existing online platform and create the online course for a client. Minimum requirements of contractor/consultant are described in the Scope of Services (PART II).

PROPOSAL OPENING:

3:00 p.m. - Monday April 12, 2004

A NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE IS SCHEDULED for this project. The meeting will take place at the conference room, 1st Floor, Lakefront building located at 250 T.G Lee Blvd., Orlando, FL. 32822. The meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 3, 2004. Attendance is optional.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Proposer shall respond to all requirements in accordance with the terms & conditions, detailed information regarding the scope of project requirements, description and all schedules of PARTS I, II, & III herein.

The Proposer shall be required to:

(a)agree with terms and conditions of the Agreement;

(b)provide reports, plans, designs, and costs in accordance with the Proposal documents;

(c)be licensed with the State of California as required (or if required) by this Project;

(d)give experience and financial qualifications;

(e)sign Proposal;

(f)be knowledgeable of applicable California and federal laws and regulations and local ordinances;

(g)be able to meet insurance requirements;

(h)and meet any other requirements as specified.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Proposers responding to this RFP are required to submit with their RFP all of the requirements included in the Scope of Work or Services and those of Part III, Instructions, and Special Conditions herein.
