Decisions in Paradise - Part 1

As a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, the American Red Cross, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. The American Red Cross has the desire to bring assistance without discrimination as to nationality, race, religion, class or political opinion and to prevent and alleviate human suffering wherever it may be found. Our purpose is to protect life and health, relieve the suffering of individuals, and to ensure respect for the human being while promoting understanding, friendship, cooperation and lasting peace among all, while giving priority to the most urgent cases of distress.

We are determined to keep it as safe as possible and organizationally to be accountable to the highest standards set by regulators.

Processes and procedures are critical to ensuring a greater presence on Kava, because so many disasters happen here and the goods and services that come from Kava, have a significant impact on our company. There is a recognized need to further strengthen our procedures and processes to organizational improvement.

Careful planning is required to develop and manage a very effective, as well as highly efficient, organizational structure and processes, while ensuring that process enhancement efforts throughout the company are effectively managed and put into action. To plan, implement, and set up organizational process improvements based on a thorough understanding of current strengths and weaknesses of the company's processes, we typically should begin by addressing issues related to human resources and ethics.
