INTRODUCTION
Mumbai the commercial capital of India has hosted many International sport events rock concerts, live celebrity shows, cultural events etc. The cities event companies have also bagged many awards globally. Today Mumbai gets an opportunity again to be a host for a very big International Conference that is to be held from the 21st of June 2006- 25th of June 2006. Being given such a prestigious opportunity, we "Sunrise Events", would not loose out on being a host for such a honourable event.

There are a total of 250 delegates attending the 3-day conference. Out of these 75 of the delegates are accompanied by their spouses. That would make the total number 325.
